Not sure if the 2nd screen was intentional, guy is very thirsty and might be slurring words.
image4 might use a different word instead of 'awkward'. 'Excitement' sounds more fitting given the whole event.

Is it my android or game options are literally on each other and i cant see where i want to go because options are on each other and when i want to interact with girls hit box for skipping and main menu

That is thing i don't know but text i asume are bigger in options and then when i click on interact it doest it clicks on main menu or skipping
I mean in ur android settings. Look at display settings about text size. Perhaps it's more than normal or small. And this can be the reason
