A developer wants people invested in their AVN. They want people interested in seeing the characters go through the story and they want people to want to see those characters they created do the adult visual novel stuff. If people aren't interested, and if they don't want to see these characters doing the dirty - and they're off somewhere else on the internet - then that means the dev loses audience and money.

The characters are defined, the renders are sexy, the story does its purpose to keep you in, no cringy and annoying scenes- Perfect for a visual novel, something that's very rare on this website.

I didn't defend it. I explained why someone would moan about it - because a person is interested in characters in a story and wants to see those characters have sex. This is a concept that explains why it's totally logical for the person to moan about it, and why it should be desirable for a dev. A dev wants people to be interested enough in their story to comment on the characters and get invested in them - be it positive or negative commentary.

Is Season 2 a reboot and totally scraps season 1? Cause MC has some dialogue that makes it sound like season 1 never happened which im fine with cause season 1 was kinda weird. I'm just confused that Mc seems to be a total virgin now

You're explaining the obvious, with no point to it. You're just speaking for other people and hiding behind it. Very strange. It's up to the devs to choose what kind of reasons drive them to create something. And I wouldn't blame any dev who refuses to sell themselves for money to this insanity.

Anyway, rating this VN low because it doesn't have explicit sex scenes and then moaning about it is dishonest, to say the least. There's absolutely no reason to have an offensive stance toward it just because someone's addiction is not satisfied. And the dev should not let himself be pressured by it.

If it doesn't make sense to you, it's not anyone's responsibility to spoon feed you, especially not the developer's. The purpose of any story is to take you on a ride and engage your mind. If it tells you everything and spoon feed you with all the details, your mind won't have to do anything. It's a similar problem to AAA roleplay games where the developer shows you where to go and what to do and people have gotten used that mindless way of playing.

The story does enough to take you in. The rest is up to you.
Now I agree that the story is not incredibly flashy, just a teenager living with two women and goes to school. But I've played other visual novels where the dev goes into insane amounts of details and the problem with that is that you start to feel the dev behind it, especially in the MC. And that's just disgusting, cringe, and unnerving, even if the story is awesome and interesting.

This is the way to make visual novels. I agree that the experience can be much better but not in this format. And not with renpy or similar softwares

I don't understand. I played this game a long time ago. I replayed it again because the content was so much shorter. The last time I remember I was having an affair with an auntie at a resort and the content ended. But I came back and played again, I ended up Aunt Amanda's swimming pool
