You can considerate to host in your own website. There are some porn-friendly hostings that you can adquire with no much money per year. For the money part, you can maybe use a PayPal donation button like "buy me a bear" or something like that. The problem with this is that your own hosting and domain it's not a "0 cost" solution.

yes, though the scene is done, and the pregnancy system is in place, its optional, in order to be able to get pregnant and start laying eggs, you need to take a node on the skill tree.

this skill tree was more of a test run. im still making changes, I just have not made the adjustments yet. I have been busy working on a companion you can find, and "fix" if you decide to take her with you. image related.
that being said, here are adjustments to the skill tree that im planning on making:
- adding a branch to the skill tree that splits potent sperm and brood princess apart
- once you unlock the fetish branch, a row of fetishes you can turn on or off at will will pop up along the bottom. the point of these is to allow you to turn off content you do not want to see, or turn on some things if you start decided you DO want to see it.
- add 5 more levels to the speed and strength perks
-i need to heavily balance current cost of each upgrade.
I spend most of my free time working on the game. its a lot to have to handle.
edit: forgot to mention, growing a cock and going futa is something that is completely up to you. its not forced on you at all.

It may have been suggested and it could be a pain in the ass. SUmmerTime Saga has its own website (something I think Patron dislikes) It is possible to create an unedited uncensored version of the game and make it available on the website! Why this isn't being done is dumbfounding.
Mods have been created to try or attempt to bring the game back to its original vision. If you create a game with Patreon banned content You could leave the photos or CG's in the game and create modded file (s) and make that available on a separate site. Or just post it on F95 when a Thread for the game and updates is created.
You wouldn't be able to link any website or F95 to Patreons communist site. I would consider encrypting the images so you can't gain direct access to them when you explore the games folders, something a number of games do.

it's why i mentioned blogger. you can't monetize blogger, not that I know of, and while I like f95, and appreciate f95 and all the hard work the staff does, what happens if I have a stance that the admin or owner dislikes? it's as simple as them deleting me, my thread, and anything else. or what if they do something I do not approve of, and I want to end any affiliation with them that I have? I'm not saying that would happen, but I do want a space that I can maintain myself to an extent. blogger for example has a time line, you can see "of she released a build back 2 months ago, here is the link to that uploaded build." you can see a timeline of how the game has evolved and when builds were released, and long, drawn out post on my vision, or efforts, or desires for the game. nothing is flawless, but that's why i brought it up.
also, what happens if I eventually do want to want to profit from the game? the vision would not change, the games still free, but if its popular enough, I may want to give the option for people to support me, allowing me to work more on the game. right now I spend around 80 percent of my free time working on the game, I will get done for the day, go home, eat a pack of ramen, and then sit there and draw a scene for hours on end. I'm not an artist, it takes me longer to produce content that meets my expectations. then I have to manually program in interactions, and how dialogue is displayed, and how it branches, and what happens if you have x amount of affection from the slime girl, or negative x amount of affection from the goblin. great, uh oh, now there is a bug, what could be causing the bug? time to go fix it. a large part of programming is i extensively test new content i put in, and check it for bugs, or typos, or anything that would lower the quality and then I have to figure out, well what could cause this? or maybe its poorly implemented? I dont want the game to be bloated, i take the time to make sure the audio and visuals are compressed, and I handle optimization. every time you enter a new area, i have to make sure it knows what textures to pull, and what textures to flush from memory to minimize system impact, because not everyone has a very good computer. a memory leak, such as re-entering an area 10 times over, so it loads the same texture 10 times in a row and does not correctly flush unused textures from ram, or check to see if the texture is already in active, well that may go unnoticed by some, but could really fuck someone elses day up. and writing, I am not a native english speaker, so I have to write scenes out, make sure they make sense grammatically, and have no typos. even searching for sound effects is a daunting process, its time consuming.
and after all of that, I sit down, play starcraft for an hour, and then sleep for 6 hours before getting up to take care of what comes next. financial support could mean the difference between spending 5 hours in a day on the game, or 9, and still having the time to relax and not feel like shit.
but ultimately I don't want my game to be a cash grab, or to have some fucked up, jaded look of "i just want to get this out so that I can try to pull money from people asap". I genuinely want people to enjoy it, I don't want someone to grind for 2 hours and say "oh neat I got a glimpse of her breast". it's why i'm not making the game grindy.
it's also the reason I keep delaying the game. I always say "well maybe at the end of this month" only to say "well maybe a another scene.", I really, really want the first public build to have enough content that someone could play it for an hour or two, without grind, and see lots of sex, and also watch their actions unfold, and REALLY enjoy corrupting the inhabitants of the world.
I ultimately made the decision to not cut out a futa centaur fucking the protagonist, despite being unsure if I would catch hell for it later. I just don't want to cut content and make my game a lesser game, and I certainly don't want to ever let greed go to my head.

I don't think so for a couple of reasons:
1) Which jurisdiction is applicable? Laws vary greatly around the globe and so do the ways governments are enforcing such laws.
2) There are big legal differences between creating content (and with life actors or drawn, and if drawn, realistically or not), making content available (hosting) and posessing (viewing) of content.
3) Although depicting children in sexual situations is generally forbidden in most (all?) countries, I am not aware of legal barriers against depictions of incest. Usually the "problems" only start when you want to marry a close relative.
And most obviously, if the actors / characters are clearly adult (as evidenced by the producers), then how can there be child exploitation??
On the other hand, what the OP is concerned about is creating a game and staying anonymous and within the law.
Regarding staying anonymous, the problems start mostly when you want to earn some money with the game.
Regarding staying inside the law, point 1) above applies.
This game sounds really impressive. Not really my thing, if its main focus futa/monster girl/beastiality, but I kind of want to see some screenshots of the game world and a few scenes
