Yeah, it's a major L for a game that is otherwise quite good.

They do bang in the end but there's a bunch of cuck scenes before that like her getting locked in a room and the only way to get out is to give some rando a BJ, mind controlled into giving a titjob to the main villain and being forced to watch her get raped by the villain until the MC starves to death.
Since it's RPGM someone could make a mod to skip all that bs pretty easily but I'm not sure if anyone thinks that's worth the effort.

To be fair, it's very mild NTR. The other characters who get a turn at her are either ghosts devoid of any character or something that is very much implied to be the incarnation of a pubescent boy's horniness. Other than the fake horror ending, the MC is either unaware or getting off on the girl being lewded like he was watching a porn movie. There's no 'Oh, she's actually getting off to cocks bigger than my impotent, limp noodle," or any other depressive stuff, just a horny guy watching a hot girl who's not his girlfriend get in sexual situations.

Overall, it's self-aware, fun, and lighthearted despite the horror theme. Quite enjoyable.
