There are probably a ton of flash clones of this, I know I've tried more than a few of them in the past, some of them may even be on here. There is a dev that goes by niiCri who made at least 3 games that were pretty similar, they are usually named something like "[Insert name here] in the Cage" The ones I know of are Ami, Asaki and Ashley. A few of his other games basically turn out the same way, but usually involve some sort of initial accidental home invasion that leads to action with a women who starts out sleeping that the player takes advantage of, like

Looks like they will be updating the game!
"Scheduled to be released late 2019" according to the site. From what I can tell, this will be a major update and it sounds like their final update on the game; minus any bug fixes.
