I think it roughly translates into: Holding hands together, My Secret Summer Vacation.
While the English title probably going to be localized as "Oneshota summer vacation Harem Story" according to the page headline

Here's a 100% save.. just extract the files in the game folder with the .exe file

I think you only need the "Chichigamike_no_yakata_sf.sav" file, but other saves are there with some progress in different stages of the game
