Archived copy of their Terms and conditions .

On a side note, Dating my daughter has become Ten years later. Ah, the longstanding Italian tradition of coming up with new titles. (y)

@Runey I too can still access the site and while the main link to your game is droping a 404 now, there are still tons of links and mentions of your game advertised as their own...

i am also still on access on this site:
status: still 23 games online, but several games were removed.
hard to say what games are still there because they are all renamed - but i have recognized DMD, DMD2, Melody, Freeloading Family, My Sweet neighbours, Milfy City and Parental love.
so its still a far way to go to destroy the site at all
BTW: MrDots is also aware and may join the devs campagne to get this ashole shut down

EDIT:
I also made 3 emails myself to: payment processor and host provider to inform about copyright issues - same as to the support of the site to demand to remove certain games due to missing copyrights

Wow. Alright, I don't like that. I mean, profiting from others big scale that's more than a leech-off. Even a bastard like me is spending quite a few coins now and then on things that are enjoyable. Never thought to grab content, remodel it and pretend to own it for a license to print monies. That presence goes beyond anything I've seen so far. This was planned for some time I suppose, they are trying to go pro with their scam. Means they are trying hard to suck ... phallic objects.

Thought you are 'the nice one'?? That's ... mean. But true. XD

What I meant was that Italian law doesn't work like the (broken) patent system in the USA. Of course international conventions are in place, the point I wanted to make was that the way the user reported US law to work is not the way it works here. Intellectual property is not a race to be the first to claim something around here. That may be the case for brands, but for other stuff like software it is not, as far as I know.
Although I yet have to delve into the subject since my studies have only tangentially touched some aspects of the italian code of intellectual property.
I'm not sure if you didn't read my post or what, but the point of my post was to demonstrate that US copyright law doesn't work the way that polywog described it. Intellectual property isn't a race in the US either, at least not more so than anywhere else. It's really not that different from Italy, since the US and Italy both have agreed to the Berne Convention.

The same goes for patents, since most countries, including the US and Italy, follow the .

So, I'm not clear what part you think is "broken" in US law compared to Italy's system, or whether that idea was based on accepting polywog's incorrect description of US law.

Here is the translation of the email I received after I threatened legal action against them if they didn't take down the game.

"
Good morning, I just removed the game. I update the copyright section too. When I made it I copied the standard text and I forgot to change that section.

I am sorry for my mistakes.
Sincerely, Jacopo

What the hell is up with people uploading other people's work as their own? Piracy is one thing, but at least most pirates have the decency to admit who really created/owns the game.

just: LOL - he just apologized for not to apply the copyright section right instead of apologize for the copyright issue itself?
