Here's the website > (Use google translate if needed)

In this website, you can subscribe to them monthly for every game they have posted, or pay for each one individually.

A user in my discord notified me that my game was being sold here, and in their terms of service (found here ) they claim the following.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

Because my game has been posted for sale on their website, I have asked an Italian speaker to translate the following to send

In all honesty, I do not wish to persue this in court, nor do I want their money. The above was basically just a scary threat I wanted them to take seriously. I was also told according to Italian Law, false copyright claims lead to time in Prison, so hopefully they take this threat seriously and shut down their website.

Any thoughts?

UPDATE: I was just notified that giochipremium.com's payment processor is: "securionpay.com", their email is: legal@securionpay.com
If you would like to, you could file a complaint to them claiming that giochipremium.com is selling coprighted material.

giochipremium.com's website registrar is: and their host is
If you would like to, you can also file a complaint there as well.

UPDATE 2: giochipremium is the same owner who runs traduzionipremium.com, they seem to also own this Patreon

UPDATE 3: After my threat was made against them, they agreed to take down the game! If your game is up here and you don't want it to be, please do the same!

UPDATE 4: They seem to have completely banned some IPs. You can still access their website using a VPN.

UPDATE 5: Giochi are so salty I got my game taken down from their website, they're attempting/threatening to get people's games taken down from Patreon. Fucking pathetic.

Judging from an online service that gives infos on commercial companies they seem to be an SRLS (SRL is an analogue of your Ltd., and the extra S stands for simplified) that has existed at least since 2017 if not 2016. That's a long time for an illicit venture like this.

I will be surprised if they take any notice, you will probably have to take them to court.

It looks like they are translating all of the games into Italian and changing most of the names of the games. I'm sure there aren't many Italian translations for these types of games out there. I'm sure lot's of Italians would rather pay for the same game in Italian then get it free in English and have to try to make sense of it themselves. It's a smart idea, they just should get permission from the developer first, and give them partial compensation for sales of their games.

If they sold just a translation patch, it'd be reasonable. But no, they are selling those games as if those were theirs.
I am unsure on the juridical qualification of such an act, but it might fall under certain italian criminal laws protecting intellectual property.

It's possible that there is the possibility of asking the authority for the telecommunications to take down the site as a precautionary measure, but I need to look into it further to check if it's them you need to ask or the judge.

Update: there is an online form to require action by the authority for the telecommunications but it seems to require a PEC email address, that is to say a certified email address. And I don't think a foreigner not residing in Italy can obtain one.

At least you're second on the best sellers list behind 'TEN YEARS LATER II' (dmd) lol
Hope someone translates these sequels into English soon >.<

Ok, the jig is up! All these so-called "Developers" here on F95 are the real scammers, trying to pass off these Italian made games as their own! How dare you! ;)
Don't you mean the ones on patreon?
