Ciao , ho letto in una discussione che giochipremium commetteva una scorrettezza a pubblicare giochi a pagamento tradotti da loro. io sono uno degli asini che ne ha comperati,tu cosa ne pensi ? Io al limite potrei mettere a disposizione qua quelli che ho pagato ?

Hi, I read in a discussion that giochipremium was improper to publish paid games translated by them. I am one of the donkeys who bought some, what do you think? Could I make available the ones I paid here?

F95Zone has a group of italians translating games (for free), you could double check with them here: https://f95zone.to/threads/italians-do-it-better.43926/

In all likelyhood giochipremium stole the translations, so they might exist already... If not, you could share with them and they will put those translations up along with the rest. Or just make a thread yourself in "Translations".

Could crowd sourced translations help allowing fans to help translate the devs games. Like DarkCookie is doing

What the hell is this...? People really have no honor. If you want to make money create your own game or ask the developer if you can translate his game.
This guy or theses guys would do that to a normal company, he or they could end up 5 years in jail and pay a 250 000€ fines.

Hehe... Why are people still trying to breath life back into this thread?

This kind of crap happens all the time for all kinds of things... Only thing anyone can do about it, is to report it to the copyright owner when it does... Then the copyright owner can handle it from there, through the court system or whatever... There really is no other recourse... All these things have been mentioned already in this thread last year when it first came up...

I know xD I just wanted to make a contribution. If people come back here, it must be because this post is one of the most visited (when you use the tools).

Hi, I report a website that sells all games translated into Italian for a fee. I don't think it's right to make money without the author's permission.
The website:

International Law:
  1. an unpublished creation boasts an automatic right which is that of copyright for the sole fact of existing (if a work is unpublished, the copyright that the author can claim on his work is born, without the need for any formality ).
  2. copyright is recognized in 164 states thanks to the Berne Convention. Whoever holds this right in one of the signatory countries automatically owns it in the other countries, where he can claim this right. Especially in the case of copying.
So...

The owner of the site must recognize the profits to the author of the game or take the game off the list.
The truth is that the site owner points to the fact that 95% of adult game developers cannot read Italian.
People have supported the development by donating money on Patreon, while this subject translates into Italian (without authorization from the author because the translation is a modification of the original work) and sells the product solely for personal interest.

Now I report to Google and to the provider hosting the site the copyright infringement or product sale without a license and without the author's consent.

At this address it is possible to report to GOOGLE the violation of the rights of the author of a website, in this way the site will no longer be visible by searching for it on GOOGLE. Quidni or you look for it with other engines or to visit it you need to know the specific address.

Google report Italian:
Google Report English:

If you want to report for solidarity the developers and the Patreons who have invested their money, then write this text:

That's to report it to youtube on videos that use copyrighted content. Not googles search engine side

Looks like only completed games and more "famous" games on that Italian site. The rest of us aren't important enough or not completed... Ill see if I can post a list here later.

I am bothered by the way of doing the owner of the site and whoever manages it.
It is correct to pay a fee to the author usually 70% to the author and 30% to the publisher.
