For me too, if the character is a real sweetheart then looks become secondary.

Well, one reason to start my own game was that many characters in AVNs don't have any depth.
I know I'm overdoing it with the character building by now and it was never planned to be THAT long, but it is how it is.
There are only a few AVNs in general that managed to drag me in, a few more in specific scenes.
And I understand the reason for that, because it's not really easy to write and render that.
For facial expressions you always need a lot of luck.
Either you get them right at the first try, or you spend way too much time (for in game renders). That's why I like the special renders, because I can spend much more time on everything (expressions, lights and so on).

especially at the beginning of the game you can see how dangerous Alex can be when Mc was away (naturally because of Mc she is cute)

I may have been lucky with a few games I've picked, but I think we may be seeing something of a small trend where we have more games like that. More depth to both characters and story in general, and not just better graphics.
And I don't think you are overdoing it. I can understand that it might feel that way for you, who keep hammering away on your keyboard to get on with the story, but the fact that you allow this to take time is definitely one reason I really like what you are doing.

I hear you on both points. Character depth isn't much of a priority in AVNs. I don't think you have taken too long. You are telling a good story, its slow burn. I have no issue with that. That is what I want actually.
I want stories with adult content and I stay on F95 because that is the only place I can find some. All the straight porn games I find boring and pathetic. I have no problem with people enjoying them, they just aren't my thing. They serve a purpose. There are some good stories out there, but so many start out great and either end up abandoned or change direction and go in a more porn and less story telling direction. Its frustrating.
I appreciate Devs like you who keep a good balance of good story telling with some adult content thrown in and keep in touch with your fanbase. There are aren't a lot around. Hence why my signature tags are your game and Ceolag's game Neverwhere Tales.
