IT SEEMS to be end game. Not sure given the Dev just slapped random animations (v0.6D, v0.6E, v0.6F updates so far) in Future NTR route with Anna and she was pregnant on it, while Vanilla stuff (Vivian content), you (mc) knock her up and it gives you the option to be happy with it or not. Unless Dev outright states it, I assume it's endgame type of content. Dev is quite active on Patreon, not so much here.

the only ntr related stuff is from swinging at the party and forcing your gf on some random black dude at the park. The rest of the ntr comes as possible future updates. IIRC, cold/hot modifiers have no influence in the current content.
No actual pregnancy content right now so if you were playing for that dont bother.

Forcing your gf on someone else at the park is avoidable at least, lol. Yeah, we need the new tag system as of now, it's been quite some time.
btw, I find it funny that most of the supposed future content involves Anna (futaxfem, lesbian, ntr, female route) while MC only gets Vivian and futaxmale (eww).

the shower scene was one of the most disgusting images i have ever seen, i almost threw up in my mouth, i deleted the game immediately for fear of ever seeing that image again, i think it was supposed to be soap foam but it looked like puss oozing skin boils. perhaps it was a horror scene?

Only god knows why Dev is adding characters (apparently, we're getting a model for our* kid, he's hideous lol) to random routes instead of getting with it in the aftermath of the party/getting back to your house from previous updates...
