Yes. I know it is not easy to make 3D models look the way you want them to, but if you decide to make a parody of such a popular TV series, you should at least try to get them to look as much like the original cast as you possibly can. It would have greatly enhanced the giggle factor. Following the original dialogue as much as possible, except for the naughty variations, of course, is also a very good idea. Please be aware of the fact that many, many people have watched HIMYM - some of us even know many of the dialogues by heart.

I don't know if others have mentioned it but I think you could use a proof reader, in the first few scenes i noticed you used is instead of it's, spelled before as befor, misspelled meanwhile as meenwhile and your sentences don't always fit together. That said, I like the concept and you don't take the game's story very serious (as in self aware). overall it could use some work, which is fine for 0.1, and I hope to see where you take this story.

All the lines for the last part when you talk to Analise was being said by Ted instead if Analise I had to remove ted and add ana so it changed to her talking.

I saw nothing wrong with Lilly at all and thought she looked very hot and sexy the way she was. For the MC and other male characters it doesn't matter how they look they I will generally blot their head/faces out in paint-net anyway because of multiple reasons. I never saw Barney in the game so I have no clue what he looked like. MC's that I leave alone are the ones that keep their faces hidden.
