Sorry, I have seen people saying you can lock the bedroom door in the master bedroom. I am on the latest version as a tester and there doesn't seem to be a way that I can lock the door. Is there another skeleton key besides the bathroom key that I haven't found?

Yes there is, and it's been stated several times already. It's on the mantel in the living room.
