I wish there were more images because the ones in the OP, the girls face just looks so off. Its turning me off from trying the game out. Does she really look like that the entire game? Im assuming we'l see her all the time ingame.

There's a bug in the minigame that makes it very hard to control while vsync is disabled. Try running the game with the 'Fantastic' quality settings to avoid the problem.

I don't get how you make her cum twice this way. I got the heat bar filled up to the top a 2nd time once, but she didn't cum a 2nd time. What are you supposed to do here? And what are you supposed to not do?

Not a bug at all. You need to "buy" the message interceptor to progress.
I have the same trouble , and try 2 different patch , 1 i even charge her the coffee and another i did and in 2x after read the interceptor description , just show up "Back" and i was unable to progress .
Did you read the description of the Message Interceptor? It says you need to pay for it with a “voyeur picture of a candid beautiful teen”. Do you have that picture yet?
