Not sure if anyone would bother updating this so long after release, but playing around I found several cheat codes not listed in the spoilers:

player.DICK_DARING=90
player.DICK_KARMA=-90 (Evil Karma, probably obvious, but still only positive is listed)
item.PHEROMONE_PILL=10
player.MONEY=1000
