He could limit how much you can draw per turn, or make all "remove" cards leave behind a useless card that takes up space.
True, but that would make the game worse for everyone not just those combos

theres no fast loop for draw decks cause you would need to set up specific cards to constantly draw out your deck but i find using the galactic invasion cards for fast height gain and for quick damage if set up right
if you basically have your entire deck in your hand you can loop 2 draw cards over and over, as 1 will be in the discard, get shuffled into the deck, and then drawn
not that hard to set up, with the starting deck i suggest maybe in 2-3 turns whilst still doing damage
with other big draw cards, maybe 1-2 turn

I tend to lean on Zombies, essentially get an infinite turn playing 0 costs while gaining mana to drop the on the deal 2x number of zombies played with lifesteal.

Personally, I like the succubus you can steal/gain more height faster and after some time you just use apocalipse to sweep everyone. Also if you have Belial it helps a lot
galactic does the same with cards to give yourself dominant 2 and inflict submissive to drain height from opponents faster
that be impossible as you can only hold 10 in your hand unless specific cards forces more in your hand however that means you cant draw another card due to the 10-card limit but you can set up cards to draw out your deck for the stronger ones
you forget there are remove/exile cards, such as Dark contract and dramatic rescue which you start with
even still you could loop 5 draw cards, or 2-3 copies of the same couple draw cards, even if you have 15 deck size and 10 in hand, cause it will just put into discard and then try to draw once your card gets played leaving 9 in hand
i didnt forget cause using exile cards can put you in a position of losing if relied on too much
look this is what i mean doing draw loops even if you have more than 10 cards in your deck and hand, using the starting deck i suggest

I am intentionally rushing and skipping turns in order to set it up so you can play a bit more with the non-damage draw cards
Once you have max hand size, if the rest of the cards in the deck and discard are draw cards they will loop because you are basically playing with just those cards
