The entire premise of "fight-fucking" is ridiculous. It's either fighting or it's fucking. People changing positions isn't really "fighting". You could have a game where two people are fighting to have their way with the other, and that could include ballbusting. It would be a pretty effective way of not only disabling your opponent but also inhibiting their ability to have their way with you.

Developer mixed premise of WWE like matches which are a play, some street fighting and that of the now defunct Ultimate Surrender site and made it a live attraction to people who have the kinks and the money to pay to watch it.

What you are suggesting would defeat the whole appeal of those "sexual fights" and also the reason why Jane and most of the other fighters decided to join.
