It's "behind" of East Yard in the school 1st floor.
When you reach the East Yard you click on the black shoes on it, you will enter on the gym entrace.
PE classes are taken in the Gym, but first you have to change your clothes so go direct to the men's toilet and everything will go on automatically.

no I already done first event and follow but she isn't shown .... and yes I use cheats is it bad !

I mean you need to watch the scenes with the NPC's;
Example: When you first reach 10/10 you got one scene; So dont add more then 10 points on the first time with any girl.
On the second scene you need 25/25 so dont add more than 15 points (to complete 10/25) = 25/25
When you reach the limit 10/10, 25/25, 50/50, you find the girl and you'll get a scene with her, after that you must raise her stats again.

Save, end game, restart, load save - sometimes the npcs show up then.

Do what I do. I brought the girls up to 9, 24, and 49. Then I asked them to follow me and then talked to them again to get the hints after triggering the 10, 25, and 50 levels while they were still following me AND they aren't in the room they need to be in. Then after getting the clue, I would release them and never had an issue that way.

@Kauezitus and @muttdoggy are right, that is the best strategy. atm the dev is a little 'used up' maybe, because he got a newborn with his partner.
I don't expect alot of bughunting any time soon.Maybe if someone would combine these two hints and include them to the OP??? Could be worth it.

What you can expect in v0.11:
- Events level 4 for all girls
- Southside district fully accessible
- Gallery menu to replay any scenes you've unlocked
- 11 new passer-by girls to populate the city
- A few tweaks in the file organization of the game to make it easier for translators and modders to add their own translations and new girls in the future
