RPGM - Completed - Girl Knight Milk [Shoku]

meh. Petite goddess emily from the same creator is a superior version of this. even that game has many stuff lacking, but this game has even more.

from the beginning you feel like playing the admin-version of the game. every treasure chest you can choose from 8 things what category of things you want to get. money, weapon upgrade stuff, recovery items etc... why....? no reason but feels like you activated cheat mode.

then literally at level1 you can nearly max all your stats to 999... again.. feels like cheating. especially since you get an achievement for getting luck to 100 MAX... yet it's not max, since you can increase further to 999...

game might be balanced on all stats being 100, but probably the dev halfway realized that the game is grindy anyway without making the game hard as well, so he just ignored combat completely and threw it out as a whole, despite having like 100+ spells(although most of it does the same but with 8 different elements), cuz u r overpowered since the beginning if you want, 1shotting everything.

so why does combat not matter? because the story does not matter either. it's extremely dumb. like some games are low effort, this game it's NO effort. at all. none whatsoever. ive never seen a game with this level of low effort to story.

you are a noble family of exterminators, your father retires so you kill monsters now... so you get into some lewd situations, then suddenly your father rapes you and your lewdness gets to 100 and now you are a whore and you cannot say no because he is your father despite you being a superpowered monsterkiller. but ok. that was a bit fast but ok... then after boring after boring quests where you get raped at every scenario in different outfits. no creativity. you probably stop the game cuz you went to sleep.

this game is ONLY porn focused yet even that is boring later on.

H-scenes are kinda animated, art is fine, early scenes were interesting, but it gets extremely boring by the end. tbh you should play Petite Goddess Emily from the same creator.

so why did i give 3/5 not 1/5? meh, beats me. as porn it's not bad, certainly better than average, especially since it's a bit animated. but i think there are scenes where you can fap to if you are into non-con so i guess it's not totally garbage but for sure im gonna pause my binge of this creator's games.

Damn, another forced corruption game with only minor improvements from the last few and a not-quite-right translation.

-The negatives:

• Forced corruption is not a game, but a story mechanic that sucks and blows. You can’t get too corrupted without enough story progress (caps at 99%) and can’t experience apparel break until allowed to (limited at slight damage). Then you are forced to go through corruption events in order to progress, some have the audacity to ask ‘do you want to do it’ when there’s no other choice, all other it’s locked until you follow commands.
• While there is command memory, it’s stuck in-between primary selection not being remembered and secondary is recalled just fine. For some repetitive tasks like chest reward selection, especially since passing text witch the ‘confirm’ action automatically selects the top option, leading to many accidental choices.
• Questionable map tile selection makes it difficult to guess what is and what isn’t passable terrain. In twisting maps filled with treasure, that becomes annoying both to watch and to navigate. Also the map looks like a mess.
• Attached pest. Now you have a perverted old man attached to you at all times in the form of a ring, possessed by your grandfather. Sure, it gives peeks and lore to some characters, but he’s unnecessary and annoying. The entire premise of being stalked by a perverted old man is too niche of an interest for me. Fucker also demands Skill Points for every peek on other NPCs, a substantial amount too.
• Bonus: Balance still bad. While infinite stat-ups are still here, the Skill Point and Money requirement is good enough to make it balanced enough.
  You can still start with getting a strong All-hitting, All-stunning ability usable till end game. It makes the fights boring and either enemies are still pathetically weak or it’s still too strong.
  Just like you, some creatures can perma-stun.
  Bad rewards. Town hall quests to take care of some rather simple tasks give as much of a reward same as killing 1-2 basic mobs. You can select treasure to be money or stat-up items, which are renewable early on or go for strategic upgrade and battle consumable items. Either way, the balance was left to the player at the cost of being incredibly tedious.
• Bonus: I fully recall how most dungeon maps are identical to previous releases. So is using every consumable in sizes of 1 and auto-closing the menu.
• Bonus: Translation is ‘quirky’, the directions NPC dialogue give out clashes with Quest directions, often reversing EAST-WEST and lacking a more serviceable description. Gallery isn’t translated, some combat rewards and a few other hiccups.

+The Positives:

• Town hall for small tasks makes is interesting. Makes the town feel more alive and the varied tasks are a nice break from the usual RPG-ing (even if it’s restricted by lewdness=story and not rewarding enough).
• NPCs perspective peeks and lore, just wish it wasn’t attached to a perverted old man and quite pricey.
• New NPCs and better trades are explained, no need to check everyone.

=Result

Disappointed.
Perhaps one day it will be more of a corruption game, rather than a corruption story game you have no choice in. Combat balance also needs a lot of work to make the ‘playable’ part actually interesting.

Pretty good game with a lot of content. The scenes are super good and I said this about one of other shokus games but he is really amazing when it comes to the animations in his games.

I did find the public hall to be a little repetitive but it didnt really bother me that much.

There are many accounts on which this game succeeds, however, they are primarily tied to my particular interests, rather than actual success in development.

What stands out most to me about this game, is how awkward it can feel sometimes. This is likely due to the machine translation,but sometimes it just makes me want to bang my head against a wall. And don't get me wrong, I know this won't bother everyone, but statements like, "my body is perverted," can take what should've been a pretty sexy scene, and turn it into something that just seems ridiculous.

Another area in which I was less than thrilled is the tired porn logic. Porn logic works in videos or games when you play just to speed past the text or want to laugh at the ridiculousness first, but in a corruption game, generally there is a specific level of importance in how a situation is presented. That can be hurt or hindered when you're mentally (or audibly) saying, "what? That's not how aphrodisiacs work," or, "why is no one in town concerned that three middle aged guys are gathered around to watch me pee in the road, while they reveal their plan to construct that situation in the first place?"

Lastly, and I guess this isn't a huge deal lol, but her labia are huge. They look like Peter Griffin's chin.

One of the best games I've ever played.
I didn't understand RPGMaker games before, but this game completely turned my mind on them.
Huge amount of various and detailed CG drawings, a lot of different features, nice animation.
All this, combined with a good story has made me put this game the highest score.

After having put about 8.5 hours into the game it to me is a solid 2.6 out of 5 stars.

Onto the reasons why.

Translation is pretty decent. There are some rough spots, especially when/if you get the H gallery, it is all untranslated.

The Bad ends in the game are all decent in that almost all of them but 2 or 3 are labelled, and the ones that are not labeled are gotten through losing in combat.

The combat is okay, it isn't extremely easy, but it isn't even remotely hard either. There are "H" attacks but they don't do really anything besides raise your "lewdness"(which seems to be pointless due to other factors) till much later in them game.

Now the meat of the review and why any of us are even playing the game. The sex content is a mixed bag imo. Up until the last 20% of the game the content for the most part is out of your control. The lewdness stat doesn't seem to do anything , The worst that can happen till you lose your virginity is the monsters molesting you; even the "quest" scenes are all molestation/rapey. The game is also another one that makes the character a virgin and tracks it for no reason because Spoiler it is only lost through "quest" rapes of a stupid npc.

There is a blowjob and Brothel shops in the game but they are locked behind story/quest content.

There is a Public house where you get filler/subquests and almost all those are fetch quests. Eventually there ends up being sexy jobs through that, which almost all have bad ends you can see. The last jobs you get from there are assassination quests which are more about you getting revenge and killing all the people who have raped you.


The pregnancy content is like most things with this game, a mixed bag. Unlike a lot of Japanese RPGM games the pregnancy content is actual in game and not just endings. The problem is not much is really done with it. You are forcibly made pregnant after you lose your virginity in a rape scene. Then after a couple more quests the person that raped you gives you some magic potion to accelerate the pregnancy then after that scene you give birth.... After that everytime you get pregnant it seems to be you have to use those potions to just automatically give birth since after you"get" pregnant you are already showing. There is a group that will have fun with pregnant ladies and there is some more references to pregnancy and impregnation but the problem really is that a lot of these things are hollow.

The story for the most part is standard Japanese RPGM fantasy clcihe's. Demons have done something it is up to you to fix it. There is a imo stupid plot twist just before the last 20% which seems to only be there to justify the MC really turning into a slut, and the actual sexy content be really opened up to the player.

Other than that there isn't much more to talk about. You can "buy" the stores you can buy stuff from but imo it doesn't do a whole lot because as far as I can tell there is no true branching endings so you can be a slut all you won't at the brothel/blowjob stores to get money, or you can grind off of some monsters if you really need cash.

In all honesty I was having a great time playing this game for a couple hours, I didn't mind the slow progression too much or the lack of big sex scenes. But the forced virginity loss to a character, to then the fact that the player is only getting raped for 80% game really started making like this game less and less as I was just playing through to see if the game makes a change; which it does but by that point I didn't care. Which is a shame because this game had a lot going right early on.

The last things I wanted to touch on were the "Size/experience" of the vagina picture and the couple other stats like how much cum you have had creampied in you were pretty cool.

Like I said at the top of the this review 2.6 out of 5 stars. Had a lot of the problems I had in this game not existed or things were changed to allow the character to be more sexual earlier on I would say the game would be a good 3.4 - 3.5, but alas that is not the case.

Comments:
I found scenes, stats page and some of the moments during the game quite hot and interesting. We also had a bratty female lead who got put in it’s place. With scenes it was pretty off-mark for my taste but there were some solid ones. Also it gets eventually quite grindy as RPGmaker games tend to be. But as most of the such games, there is an easy solution to them.

Decent game. Starts out pretty good. You can teleport anywhere and run super fast. Scenes have pretty good animations. The squealing voice during the scenes get reused and tend to be annoying after a while. Story is pretty ridiculous. Basically I enjoyed the game until about the half way mark, where the repetitive gameplay and absurd plot made me lose interest. The ending... I dont think the game has an ending lol.

So I do recommend playing this game at least until you get tired of it. There isnt much grinding and you can get some enjoyment out of it.

So I finally took the dive and immersed myself into this game. All in all, it's one of the better RPGM games I've played. All of the quests make sense and it's clear on where you need to go. The status screens, quest log, etc are all amazing additions that I wish other RPGM games had. Really really cool. Animations & sounds in the H-scenes all make this a pleasurable experience, and that's coming from someone who doesn't really get all that into anime-style/Japanese art all that much.

As far as the negatives, unfortunately, the game is censored. So that does hurt it IMO. The Japanese to English translation isn't bad, but I would pay money to have a version that is fluently translated. Broken or weird translations break immersion for me, and in an already censored world, when the two negatives collide, I gotta take a star from my rating. Also, as a cumshot fetishist, I really dislike the internal cumshot drawings. When Milk is covered with jizz, she looks good, but the frothy chunky cum that doesn't stop until her uterus is buckling at the seams is a bit silly after awhile.

So, I am a huge fan of Shoku's games, and Girl Knight Milk was the first one that I came across, about two years back. Not coincidentally, that was about the time I started getting into H-gaming. It has all of my fetishes, more or less, in it, plus a few that I didn't have before I played the game! I love the art, and the content, and the translation patch is better than my initial experience using ChiiTrans, so I'm giving it the full 5 stars.

Another one of those "corruption" games. Good battle system and good sex scenes. Translation is bad though. Also, the battle are too easy if you train her to max stats. It's quite content-rich for such a short game. I don't get the appeal of lolis though, but she's hot either way. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
