For all the med stuff you have the in game codex so read it, for GF's only Rita's is hard to do without some input.
You must date Rita for 20 time's and remember what she has told you about herself and a new convo with her will open up and then you are all set to go.
Most of the other women are straight up to do.
Kiko may be hard to do because you must spy in her phone and make copies then take advantage of her then accept her as you GF.

It is not quite that in fact. It's the random examinations taking their place with their first batch: children.
This means that each time you'll go to the clinic a random patient (from 5 archetipes for each gender) with a random illness (from a list of 60, of which 32 are pediatric-related) will appear and you can examine him/her.
When the project will be completed you can play hundreds of exams without repeating them if not rarely.
A long term game might be developed in the future, I'm not against it, but right now I have to keep developing this and bring it to a Beta release in 2019. Then, based on people's response both on Patreon, Steam or other websites that I might choose in the future I'll decide what to do next (this will also depend on how much I get supported since a long-term project is something impossible to achieve properly by working single-handedly in my opinion).

Tomorrow Random Exams gameplay will be launched alongside 0.0.12 pre-release for 5$+ patrons.
This update will be fully compatible with 0.0.12 save games and with 0.0.11's public release ones.
- 32 different random medical examinations have been added to the game
- 10 different random patients have been added to the game: 5 male children and 5 female children
- 132 new pictures have been added for this specific game mechanic
- To perform a random exam choose the appropriate option in "Exam Mode" or visit the clinic when no "Scripted Patient" is available. If the randomization results in a child aged 6-11 the option to play the exam will appear
- You can skip the random examination without penalties at any time
- Achievements will be added when you reached certain milestones with random exams
Please note that this feature is "an alpha within an alpha". Many examinations at the same time mean that something could be wrong, bugged or worse.
Randomizing so many informations could lead to unexpected and untested abnormal behaviors (i.e. a male name on a female patient). It is of the outmost importance that you tell me about those, because without a bug report I won't be able to fix the game properly.
Since the game could be very different and given the impact of these changes, I will also release a "Non-REP" pre-release as well. This means that if you don't want to test this feature, or find game-breaking bugs (it's very unlikely, but not impossible) or you're getting tired for every reason, you can download a "normal" 0.0.12 as you see fit.
Please remember that this is just the first batch ("A" version) of the Random Exam Project. It really needs to be polished and improved. Images will be added, as will interactions with the patients. Many new patients of each age group will be added as well of 28 more exams which won't apply to children. It's quite a game within the game, even for its 12000+ lines of coding in ren'py and weeks of development and writing, and so it needs to be considered when talking about bugs.

0.0.13 "Achy Breaky Heart" announcement
April's release, nicknamed "Achy Breaky Heart" is in development!
These are the main feature which will be available for all patron-releases in April!
- Perform 3 brand new medical exams at the clinic and the hospital as well.
- New gameplay mechanic: house calls! For the first time you'll get to visit your patient's at their home. Will you charge them for that or will you ask the same price as at St. Mary's?
- New room unlockable in the clinic: Pharmacy! Make a deal with Jen, a saleswoman from Pharmacom to sell your own prescriptions. Prescribe the cheapest medicines or try to sell the very costly ones even to those who actually don't need them! It's up to you to decide!
- Develop Rita's relationship in the new story chapter! Ask her to live with you as you try to explain her about Elisa's pregnancy.
- Use your dog to win over the hearts of your romantic interests! Who can't be moved by a cute little puppy after all?
Many sex scenes and adult content will be added before the end of the month as well as new mechanics at the Massage Parlour and the SPA.
0.0.13 will be available:
- April 17th for 20$ patrons with every content available
- April 24th for 10$ patrons with every content available
- April 30th for 5$ patrons with every content available
- Second half of May for free with every content available except random exams.

ADD just had a crash to desktop when trying to test blood on random exam,
also random exam did not give reason for visit. Both male and female child it happens on.
10 yo with urinary tract infection only answer that worked was Bad Breath.
Did every check there was and still no good exam.
