why does nobody respond to the questions for lvl 3 corruption returning back to lvl 2 corruption, after the movie on both routes?
Because simply there is no continuing story for now and it is just a loop. In the changelog for now there is no trace of a level 3 of corruption just 1 and 2. The 0.4 i think is released but not here for now.

i know but i think the author just put some picture without implementing the story like many other games. They are already there for later
Thus demonstrating the level of milking and doing the bare minimum to extract the maximum $$
