And it is straight-up transgender. No dual genitalia and the friend does not put their penis inside the MC as they don't want to be the "man" during sex.
I really liked it. I felt emotionally involved with the trans character. So I thought it was very well written.
Kinda annoy though at times I couldn't go back in case I missed something. Or missed there was a back option in case I missed that. Other than perhaps that minor annoyance, I really enjoyed playing this.

Enjoying this for the most part — some of the sex scenes kind of go ooooooon, not something I'd normally complain about in an H game, but they're kind of owned in the dialogue, so I'll give the dev a pass on that. The storyline is engaging, the characters are interesting and flawed — the MC is actually a bit of a jerk, but not too much so. And the dev seems to be trying to write a fairly believable Male/Trans-female erotic romance which is a nice change of pace from the usual. I also like that there are various kink options, many of which have gameplay consequences. Again, an attempt at realism, which I appreciate.
But there are a lot of bugs for a "complete" game — lots of English mistakes, missing images, syntax errors, etc. And if I've made the choice NOT to sleep with Christine once I've become involved with Nicole — neither to follow her to the bathroom, which doesn't actually work, nor to call her for my "free fuck," nor to let her "relax" me on the wedding day — then when I choose "Continue thinking about life," then all that happens is that I loop back to the very first date with Nicole. So there doesn't seem to be any way to avoid her fucking Miguel on the beach. Which... whatever. Neither a fan of NTR nor a hater, but I did kind of try to be a good boy, so I'd rather not be punished for something I can't seem to avoid doing. The only way I can get to the endgame without triggering the revenge fuck (or the NTR bukakke if you actually chose Christine as your "free fuck," no you nasty boy, you) seems to be to choose Sophie as your last fling. Which was actually my first choice anyway, since it seemed in character for the MC. But...
I'm hoping Forefinger makes the choice to clean up some of the problems, because this game nice fits a niche that deserves more representation.
Also, given the sheer volume of H scenes of various flavors, a gallery would be nice.

Man, it sucks that the game has unavoidable NTR, I liked forefinger's other games.

So why is the dev taking sims 4 assets from sims 4 and making a crappy xxx version of the sims and calling it FFT1: Soulmates? does anyone even download this crap? and why when people can just mod sims 4 to be the same xxx version as this? makes no sense.
cant answer, because i dont know why you would wants to dl this, maybe for the story, it's still a VN.
But i will say something, DL the sims 4 is a pain, if you dont want to pay for the full release (all dlcs). You have to find a cracked version online (it's more hard than you think), there's a lot of fake, old versions, and virus. And the mods dev wants you to update the game often (usually when a new dlc drop).
So ... it's could be a solution i guess.
