This forum has a rule that all game threads must have a minimum of three functional download links, and iirc the site staff keep backups to refresh the links. I just reported the OP with information about the download links and so moderators will likely update it with new ones sometime soon.

This game is not abandoned, it's completed. The Dev just never got around to fixing the bugs after the final release.
