Isn't the artist general butch? Is this stolen content?

Yes and no.

Firstly, the developer of this "game" acknowledges the fact that he/she owns NONE of the content. It is stated on the page.

Secondly, the content is not behind a paywall or not on sale, in fact, not even asking for donation/tip/contribution... It is basically a work of parody in terms of legal sense, and a fan-made work.

I also immediately had a negative attitude against the guy for the obvious work that is taken by others, but it seems he/she is already giving credit to the original creators and did not remove the watermark from the videos, meaning there is no intention to steal it, so I cooled myself down after that.

Just because Butch didn't hide his animations behind a paywall, or because the "dev" admits he doesn't own them, doesn't mean it's not stolen. I highly doubt he asked Butch for permission, nor recieved it.
Just because you admit you did something bad doesn't mean it suddenly isn't bad anymore.

How does copyright issues in adult gaming works? GB had to have given this Dev permission right?
Most likely the "dev" just grabbed the video and pump out this... thing. I highly doubt he even tried contacting Butch.
Sadly, a lot of people just think "As long as I say it's not my work, it's all fine", failing to understand the amount of disrespect.

Thanks for the insight, so if this guy rakes in a lot of cash of someone else's work then what? I'm trying to find out if there's a way to prevent this stuff if you're the creator.

Legally, there's no recourse. I mean, technically, Butch did use FromSoft's work without their permission (imagine emailing them to ask "Hey can I do porn stuff with your shit ?" haha). But the next best thing is to spread the word, especially if the guy is starting to try to monetize the game, include it on his Patreon and whatnot.
Might sound dirty, but to me, the basic decency is respecting other people's work. Like, for example, not steal it, put it in a game, and make money off of it, whether it's by selling the game of promoting a Patreon with it.

I've been playing Elden Ring for about a week now and i can say this game is 100% authentic and it haves the same vibe as the real game itself :D
