The dev is just blatantly copying another game down to copying the art. Dude said 2 months ago that they are redrawing the art to be less plagiarizing, honestly didn't see much improvement, maybe the scenes have been redrawn like he said, couldn't get that far into the game to check them. That said, the setting and the backgrounds are still almost the same, and I suggest anyone to not support scummy behaviour like this. no excuses for this.
