It's a common acronym for "Original Post" or "Original Poster", depending on the context. The first post in a thread can be an OP, the guy who posted it can be the OP, a comment starting a reply chain or the guy who posted it, even if they aren't the first in the thread can be an/the OP.

2020: 03,04,05 is missing translation. I added the tier 3 reward of 06 in English.
2021: etc part of 06 is missing translation. The 08,09 story doesn’t have English.
2022: 01 except for the Ahri in Eng the rest is Kor. 02 story doesn’t have Eng.
