There are no cheats per se but you can jump to specific scenes by opening the console with the Tab Key, and entering /jump <scene name> with <scene name> being a name from this list:

Is it stuck on loading the game or loading SteamVR?
I had a problem with getting stuck on SteamVR loading screen. The way I resolved it was, while it was stuck loading I went to the SteamVR Settings, selected General, then toggled the 'SteamVR Home' option off then back on. After doing that I was able to get to SteamVR and run the game. Again, this only helps if you're stuck in the SteamVR Loading Screen.

Sadly no. The latest I could find around is the 2.6.0 from February. The one in the megathread is a year old from last October. The newest is I believe 2.7.1.

Yeah it should still be worked on. Update got delayed because the dev got sick but that was early December so idk.

Oh yeah the released a playtest build on Patreon a week ago focused on the Spanking Punishment scene from Ms.Treatment. Should be on steam next month in February. The dev is definitely way behind on the updates promised since this scene was supposed to be released in August but they said they were sick so that slowed their progress as well as promising too much they couldn't do in time. At least an update is out though lol.

It's the most BDSM focused VR game available. You have to physically bend over in VR to get spanked.

I wouldn't recommend if you're not into BDSM, it's very heavily BDSM-focused. It supports mouse and keyboard, but I find the best way to play is in VR.

For your first question, you can play without VR on a regular computer, using your mouse/keyboard/whatnot.
For your second question, depends on whether you like dominatrix games... while not enjoying BDSM... I mean, it's pretty much in the title. There's a great variation in kinks, so something might be for your and something won't be.
It's an awesome game though, I'd rank it as one of the best if the updates weren't so long inbetween.
