I think you can refuse and avoid every single sex scene in the game if you are careful. There also is an alpha/omega counter that's all about not being bottom (which is what most male characters do to you anyway).
Getting into uncomfortable situations seems to be the core of the game though.
If I counted right there are five girls you can have fun up with, including the spouse.
Keep in mind that the game will show you dick everywhere though, and you'll have to talk to a well endowed jock to get to one of the girls. If you are uncomfortable with that it might not be for you.
Of course you can simply play as the female character to avoid the gay.

Kind of but there is no incest in pig princess. But overall a decent hetero furry game imo.

To be completely honest this game is 75% gay and bissexual content with 99% of said content being NTR, the thing is that's the game, practically in its entirety, whether you play as a male or a female.
Putting a flag to disable gay content cuts around 20% of the female path? And around over 85% of the male? So basically, all you really need to do is not play male which is in the game because I'm pretty sure you just don't want male on male action?
Still don't know why there's differentiation gay and lesbian because gay overlaps both, I can see the reasoning behind it.

It depends on how serious I am about my distastes or if I only pretend to have a problem with it. If something has tentacles in it I shut it down. If pissing and poop is in it I'll burn it. If it's about futa or FxF I'll turn around.
It's your turn now to decide how serious you are about avoiding gay content. If you truly expect that every dev will let you toggle content on or off you are either new to the internet or a dreamer.
