I probably should have asked this before, but are you transferring your saved info from PC to PC, PC to Mac, Mac to Mac, or Mac to PC?

Mac to mac.
So i finished 1, downloaded 2 and when I start playing 2, on the same mac as 1, at first everything seems fine when I press "continue" but as soon as I start making choices it crashes. Again and again.
So I'm wondering how I can stop it from loading from 1 and letting me input manually. I even deleted my ch 1 but the save files seem to remain anyway (even after re-downloading renpy)
windows?
goto folder %APPDATA%\RenPy\DMD-1469236204 and delete folder port
all your stored ch1 progress is gone, but don't ask me how to restore it
No mac unfortunately. I guess I need to delete wherever the saves from ch 1 are stored on my mac

then go to /User/your username/.renpy/DMD-1469236204 or /User/your username/Library/RenPy/DMD-1469236204 and delete the folder port

I have a problem
(Chapter 1) I stuck up in that Lucas guy come to our house first time. We have to go to the market and after we go Lucas came here. We will return and kick him in the ass but still game over. I have no other choice but the going to market. What should I do?

Did you report Lucas to the police he after sucker punched you at the restaurant and did you then take the self-defense classes prior to Lucas coming to your apartment?

If I play the chapter 1 v0.14.5 from the beginning, I can play chapter 2 v0.18 with that save?
I find quite complicated to remember all what is asked in the quiz.

Thanks, that worked. Sort of. It now asks me to input everything. And then it says "thank you!" when everything has been registered and then crashes.
Anybody experienced this?

I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but is there a concrete reason to believe the next update will be more than two weeks' work? And is there any indication what this might mean for update scheduling in future?
