The problem is the pace of progress, while he was releasing an update once a month, it was easier to make the progress slow an believable, but since the game is on 3 month schedule, it looks like he thinks he has to establish a faster progress.
I thought the slow progress, with the constant moral dilemmas was more entertaining.
This may or may not be my fault or part my fault. I did once D actually had sex in some way (and I included oral sex) that she would move off the moral dilemmas on a personal level. In addition, as sex became more comfortable and her level of pleasures increased, her qualms would drop.
Remember, there are a lot of other barriers to cross. For example, I dated two ladies in college who were virgins at the time. While neither were conservative by any means, when both considered vaginal sex they were both also considering what having a child and raising that child with me would be like. It wasn’t anything weird; it was almost like: “Well, I’m considering sex. What would it be like if I got pregnant and how would we be in repairing a child.”
That’s how I see D thinking. If D was just thinking “how can I have vaginal sex with my daddy?” then this would be happening next episode. Remember she’s the one who thinks in terms of “dreams of marriage” and “this teddy is our son.”
What I see coming up next, imo, is way more interesting. She will be equating “intercourse/baby/marriage” in one train of thought. So what things might need to happen to get D to commit to that?
1. Escape Rachel’s clutches,
2. A home to call their own (hopefully at Seaside City),
3a. Not Knowing about Elena etc. (and Dad’s degenerate behavior)

Or 3b. Accepting Dad’s behavior as part of a healthy polyamorous lifestyle.

You know I rewrote that Georgina diner scene partly to get to a polyamory outcome. (And to make her into a much stronger character.). I know I’m rolling Sisyphus’s boulder on this one, as D has not given the slightest indication she would accept anyone besides her in a relationship with MC.
But, damn it, D has a big heart. A Big Heart. Starting with Elena, if she sees the fear of loss and fear of breaking from her and MC, her heart my overcome her fears and possessiveness.
I have not come all this way to avoid a polyamory path based on the supposed immutability of D. For goodness sake, in my D only path D has had two sexual soirées with her friend Elena. So my faithful MC must remain faithful and she can get it on with her friend and there is not a double standard disconnect?
