Rinko only ends up in the hospital when her Fitness drops to 0. With enough training (or "experience"), she can be active all day long without worrying about the hospital. In a playthrough, I managed to get the Fitness over 1,000 by umm, replaying & collecting scenes.
You are not living in this day and age if you believe that. I met an 18 year old dude at my job. im mid 20s and he looked 40. 260, big beard, mad wrinkles. everyone ages differently
So did anyone tried the goblin mod? It looks like some sort of AI slop so i was wondering if Is it worth it.

No AI. It's all traditional graphic design techniques that I've been practicing for years before AI took off.
AI would not preserve the games artstyle and would look out of place.
My work fits in like it was always there.
isnt there a corruption function in this game, i feel like just looking at the images of this game there would be one implemented ?
There is a barely existing corruption mechanic in which Rinko won't enter areas or do things that she feels would obviously get her into very bad situations. That's probably when you want to pick up the Rape Fantasies fetish to keep going.
To easily unlock the fetish above in the first week of a new game, work at the school to boost Rinko's reputation and get the Gynasium Key to join the Bakunyuu wrestling show. In one event, that should be enough to unlock the Rape Fantasies fetish. Even if Rinko passes out, she won't end up in the hospital because the staff wakes her up so you can avoid getting Black Stains and train the Fitness stat.
To be honest, I experienced strange sensations from the game. On the one hand, I spent a lot of time in it and went through all the endings, which means there is something in it that hooked me. On the other hand, the game does not have the most outstanding art, most of the content is at best about how the heroine is blackmailed, and most often she is simply raped, the time loop system is practically not used at all, and you may not get a couple of important items at all if you don’t use guide, skills and characteristics of the heroine do not affect the game or only affect the pair. And the result was some kind of frustration for me from the game, although I usually don’t expect anything from porn games.

you know, i find it extra interesting that the author/dev of this game just dropped this game on dl site and posted about the progression in ci-en, then just no comments, no updates, nothing, just vanished ? doesnt post anything, doesnt talk , doesnt update anything, he just dropped this and dissapeared ? anybody know what happend to him ?

another thing i like about the modded version is that the pictures come as png files in the game's files instead of the encrypted rpgm version of the original game, that makes it way easier to find and use them to make your own costumes edits.
