Basically. Seed is just used to get a non-random random game. Similar to how you can play Minecraft on a random seed and get a new world, but if you use the same code you get the same world. In this game, I'm guessing that the customers that come in plus other features are based on this random seed, so if you were to play again, you can use the same seed to get the same experience.
Dunno why the dev added it, since likely no one will use it. This doesn't look like a speedrun-able/speedrun-friendly game, and speedrunners are the major group that changes the seed value.
Nice game, I think has infinite scaling... which is a bit too much... boob size and refill.
Shortcut buttons for ingredients would be nice, cause it can get really fast and filling the cup speed upgrade would be nice.

Dude, i'm so happy that something like that was made. It reminded me of "Your own Cow girl", a game i played like 10 years ago and now someone made a even better game about selling cow girl milk. Such nostalgia, what a day to be alive!
