Not sure what system.json does, but putting the save itself should work. Just look for the values that match up with what your character's stats are. I'm not sure which is which but it should be your character's attack, defense, magic defense, etc. Whichever four consecutive numbers aren't zero, just put them to 12 or higher and you'll be able to do anything you need to.

Appreciate the help man! I thought you had to plop your save file and put system.json in there because these following variables pop up when you do so:
I thought I had to increase those stats located in the system.json and was always confused why nothing happened. I didn't take the character stats into consideration because it's not the same as my stat in-game unlike the one in there, until I realized now that it's those stats but decreased by 1 point.
Sorry for doubleposting, but does anyone know how to get Caroline? I'm suppose to get a quest to get her, right? Does anyone know how to activate it? I thought maybe it would activate after I complete her delivery, but it did nothing. Same with Scarlet, you don't even see her after her introduction lol.
There's nothing for Caroline or Scarlet. They don't even have any hypnotized pictures in the game files. I'm pretty sure at least Scarlet is going to be a character in the next game, since she's built up as the kind of person who would fight against the villains.

Yea that kind of sucks that you get a bad ending and way to soon into an game to give a bad ending.

that file has the code for the requirements for the bugged event. i changed it so that the needed stats matches with what we're told in the game (10 control and at least 6 in other stats)
Damn, I hate the ends in 2 days bugs or version and the game says completed some reason even tho its not.
Hope more updates come to this game fast, and we get a full finished version of this game

Unfortunenaly this game is more a concept, the creator quickly finishes the inspiration for that and for DOLLHOUSE RISING he needed help for the patrons, at least with the last news in his Fanbox.

can someone explain to me why i am just going about my day and all of a sudden the game one morning says i get attacked and it was a ending completely out of nowhere idk what that was is there something i was supposed to do is there a guide somewhere
The game ends on day 2 no matter what you do, because this is actually a short teaser/prequel for a different game, but the ending you get is different depending on whether you're able to control Amy or not (which takes 3 more points in each stat than the game tells you). The true ending shows the attack in more detail and has the protagonist escape to make plans for how to deal with the new villains who have taken over.

Gonna be honest: This feels like an abandoned project with a pair of endings slapped on so it can be posted as "Complete". It sets you up for a classic sandbox day cycle only for you two get 2 days to work with before getting slapped with either an abrupt bad or "good" ending. Issue with the "Good" ending is it wraps up nothing and is instead more like an inciting incident that should set off a longer journey, but instead you just get hit with a "That's all folks" like things hadn't only just gotten interesting. If there's more here I sure haven't found it, but yeah I'm genuinely disappointed since it seemed like it'd be a nice little sandbox game to kill some time with.
It was a short test project that doubled as a teaser for the next game the dev is working on. Presumably they were experimenting with the style so that they'd know what they're doing before they start implementing it into the main project. Dollhouse Rising was announced way before they even starting working on this one, though, so it almost certainly wasn't planned to be a full game.
Ah. I didn't know that. Thanks for the context. A part of me still wishes this one was given better treatment but knowing that it does make a bit more sense now.
