For the sex ed and movie not triggering, my save was indeed corrupt, although i used only the ikarumod.
So yeah maybe my save was too old (from .06 maybe) or maybe the game doesn't like mods anymore.
I downloaded a clean save from this thread, i suggest you guys do the same.

Found all new scenes, seems like if you pass the last conversation with Lisa about private education, that allows to get bj from her or Ann by choice, you will block possibility of visiting Ann in her room after work. I think it's a bug.
