You must get 1 point on Lisa before aunt Kira arives to get the candies to have the 1 time only scene with Alice in the bathroom on Friday night Saturday morning at 3am.
And then you need to do Lisa homework 6 times in a roll to get 1 point in relationship and after this you will want to get both sisters authority to the top.

4 choices:
1st : do a mistake >> depnd on how high the Persuade rate == increasing Authority
2nd : do all the homework == increasing Mood + 1 Relations(one time only)
3rd : after buying the silky Robe >> random either Fail or not its 50/50 == Authority/Mood
