after your accused talk with kira she will suggest that u steal the wallet with beer offering. So steal it. after that you go 2 options, you can go and talk with him offer that you will pay him what ever he wants (keep the wallet) so when time comes for bootcamp at dinner or breakfast not sure u pay him, let week pass talk to kira -> hacker version. for this version after you make deal with him to leave aunt and sisters alone (if he catch you with aunt), you have to catch him on phone talking shit at 8pm mom bedroom can take few weeks. then you can check him up on computer.
with kate mom, you have to take picture of him infront of alice room, have to progress long enough to buy camera or you can just use ikarus mod and take picture from there. this way you have to make deal to stop turning family against you or make deal to give him wallet if you dont have picture (make sure he dont take it from you). let week pass, talk with kira and she will suggest to call kate mom. (porn with allice)
also if u need more time you can always pay him 300 to postpone for 1 week 8pm mom bedroom.

you steal wallet and after that when u see him 8pm mom room go talk with him, dont mention the wallet just say you will pay him 4k or what ever he wants. got multiple lines there, one is 300 to postpone for 1 week, 2nd is that you will pay him back and 3rd is think the wallet. now you can give him wallet and demand to leave aunt and sis alone if he fucked kira, thats kate mom option. or use 2nd pay him usually is 4k i think but can be all you got.

Keep peeping on Mom while sleeping, it will show Kira in the Lounge but when you peek on Mom, Kira will be in here room, after that the story will progress rather quickly.
