this game won't be abandoned if they
Yeah I know it’s abandoned- it had the makings of a great game ( worth a look ) haven’t played his new one yet ( I think it’s called Glamour)
I love this game because female characters are very beautiful,it's ashamed they stop the production. I want the female characters in animation, too. damn!

Very long - walkthroughs don’t help much... either
They do help.
The first page of the walkthrough thread has all the information needed, compiled by a1fox3. They're the second and third posts on that page.
By following all the information provided, there's no need for even the cheat mods.

I agree with you that the walkthroughs do help a bit ( i’ve used two of them myself) but unfortunately due to the way the game was designed ( differing ‘missions’ with the various characters) it’s hard to get an overall sense of how the various sections of the story connect together- i’ll take a look at the walkthroughs that you have recommended though bud - thanks for your help

I’ve played DmD too bud , the developers walkthrough for that game is excellent ( although admittedly a simpler game to navigate . Fair play to the lads who posted the walkthroughs though- you can see by the sheer volume of text how much work they put into them.thanks once again for your help

Thanks once again for your help - i’ll try using his walkthrough and see if it will let me advance further in the game ( just by giving it a quick glance so far I can tell that his walkthrough seems to be better than the others I have used - in that it’s easier to follow)

it wasn't even abandoned, it was a proper scam. A terrible example for the future of western porn games.
Why was it a scam bud ( I thought he abandoned it because of new patreon policy ) not trying to be argumentative - just get wary when someone mentions scam

Dark Silver didn't abandon the game due to Patreon, but rather due to having lost interest in the game. DS started out well enough, but quickly began to try and please everybody, listening to his fans idea of how his game should be. He clearly had big plans for Eric, but felt forced to remove him due to pressure from his fans. With every update, you could feel his fading interest, both in his responses to his fans, as well as the game itself.
When Patreon changed their policies, every big game handled it just fine. Dreams of Desire, Dating my Daughter, Man of the House, and many more, all found solutions to the patreon problems and their games are still alive and well. Dark Silver could have easily adjusted his game like the others, but BB had evolved into something he never intended and he was pretty clearly lacking passion for the new adaptation.
He took the first and best excuse he could find and abandoned ship. Now he is working on his new game, which he is clearly way more passionate about, although his former fanbase are revolting against it to no end.

Just goes to show that listening to feedback is okay, as long as you stay true to your original vision.

Personally I think that after Eric was forced out the game became another "harem wish fullfilment", extremely generic.

I would have liked to compete against Eric for the females in the house, and well even better if DS didn't just make him a bastard conman just so that you could kick him easily, rather more about fighting his influence and increasing yours until that satisfying moment in which you win and kick him away.

I truly enjoy fighting against strong enemies and beating them gives me quite a lot of satisfaction, the bad thing of adult games is that most of them are easy or grindy, perhaps even both?. You want to conquer a girl? just answer this, this and this, risks? a big warning "do not choose this option because bad things happen".

Exactly what is the fun when everything is optional and the game always asks for your input in... everything.

Thanks for the information bud - I think that seems to happen quite a lot with independent game creators - they just try to please “all of the people all of the time”. Not sure that having gamer polls are a great way to advance a storyline - I would imagine it would grind away at the creative nature of the maker so much so that they jump ship... I wonder if dark silver has gamer polls for his new game too? It’s a pity that he lost heart with the B.B. game - i’m not sure how far through the game I am - just hoping it doesn’t end too abruptly ( I’m playing the final version of the game - stuck at the moment though) thanks once again for your help

In every game you have to say clearly two things, fetishes that aren't optional (but perhaps avoidable under certain conditions) and fetishes that are banned (those that won't happen in the game).

When you do not generate the upper and lower limit is when you have the problem. Everything optional? may god help us, what a boring thing, everything forced? why the hell am I playing when it doesn't matter what I want to do. In life you need a balance and design a system based on that.

The funniest thing that I have found in h games is how english h games treat "submissive content", things as weird as "choosing if the MC gets raped or not", the feeling is just weird, passable if you only focus on the h content to do your things, but a normal game at the very least would ask for a few stats to see if you can escape or not, for example a strength check to see if you can overpower the rapist. That's the part that we don't have in english games.

I do find this game grinds (very repetitive?) doing same things day after day - story seems to jump around a good bit too - I was told about a good walkthrough yesterday by snugglepuff so hopefully that will help . I agree with you also about the male characters Eric is a bad guy cliche and the main protagonist comes off as being weak/stupid - not exactly the archetypal hero - I think the game tries to do too much - it just needed to be simpler - i’ve played dmd ,dod ,babysitter amongst others - all of which had simpler gameplay ( all or most have a similar structure too ; protagonist- two females one strong , one weak and older matriarchal figure... ) women are far more complex and diverse than that ( Tlero and mortze games are a great in this respect - wish more creators would follow their example) the female characters in B.B. showed real promise - it’ll be a downer if the game ends before I get to see their various characters develop further...cheers bud thanks for your posts
