I felt the same way when episode six ended with Patrick standing in Maya's room. I was expecting a murder or at least a bloody fight in the next episode, but all he could do was ask the MC where he got those fuckin' pink sheets from and scold his daughter a little for the sake of discipline so she wouldn't behave too slutty.
I mean relying on money when you are doing a job/working is pretty logical right? You can never have enough. No millionaire/billionaire will stop working after they earn good amounts of money lol.
