But yeah, this shit took me 4 fucking hours to render, while the others took me no more then 1 at most. Those god damn outfits have a lot of detail. But $700 worth of upgrades today should get me back on top of things. $$@lockhear how long does it take you for your stuff? Tell me it was faster then 4 hours per picture

Have you tried using different hair assets? I know the one on the black haired girl is the Raffaela Hair by Kool and that one always bogs down my machine by increasing my render times.

Depends on the scene complexity. I usually stop rendering after hour or two. I found out, that despite the DAZ studio settings, where I allowed only GPU to do the rendering, sometimes DAZ switches rendering to CPU and this can take ages to finish. You can see it in the render process small window while rendering. Turning DAZ off/on helps.

AH you are spot on. ... When i do a series or many renders after each other DAZ somehow gets fucked and start to use the CPU as well and this slows shit and DAZ down. Sometimes i open DAZ and saved scene and it would just use CPU even though i've deselected it.
