I'm thinking one or more of the following:
1. MC is going to be a pussy and break down just because he hears her speak.
2. Cassandra's company is going to send thugs to kidnap MC or one of the girls.
3. Cassandra's company is going to steal their technology.
4. Cassandra's company is going to use a combination of lies, bribery, and litigation somehow.
1: Yeah a possibility but probably not. He's not alone anymore. He's not dependent anymore. He knows she tried to sabotage him. Think who'd be hurt. No way he'll let her hurt Kindra.
2, 3, 4: Kindra's a billionaire with a fully existing infrastructure. So as far as 3&4 she has legal support you'd expect for a billionaire. As for 2. Consider the facility they are living in. Good luck getting in there quickly. When a billionaire calls the cops about a break in it's not like you or me. They show up in spades.

So I studiously avoided any spoilers related to the "cliff hanger" until I played to it. I actually don't see the ending that way in the least. Cassandra has no leverage over the MC or Kindra. No leverage at all. She's positioned herself as an opponent, but she has nothing to bring to the table. Neither the MC nor Kindra has any reason to interact with her. So her "we have to talk" is only her desire, nothing more. It's hard for dark clouds to gather when one of those who are supposedly under threat is an established billionaire with a fully realized infrastructure. Cassandra's resources are completely eclipsed by Kindra's. Especially since Cassandra doesn't actually control those resources and her access to them is conditional.
Lots of cute and engaging women in this VN, but in the end Kindra is exactly who the MC needs.

Further, while he's the owner of record, we don't know what restrictions exist on his ability to dispose of the holding. It seems unlikely that her parents would have selected an untrustworthy person to put on the title or to forgo placing protections on the authority of that person to dispose of the property in a fashion against their daughter's wishes.
So while it MAY be the case that the uncle has total freedom, it's probably far more likely that he does not. At this point either case is pure speculation. Which is NOT to say you may not be correct, we simply don't know.

Common sense would suggest that her parents did cover those bases. The fact that ownership was pointed out by Kindra early on and then Digi makes it part of the story that Vulvamort now knows, suggests that it's part of the plot. That's why it bugs me. His story is damn good. To need such a blatantly stupid oops to allow that antagonist leverage does little service to how well he has constructed the rest of Artemis. Well, that and the scene where he tries to humanize vulvamort with the scene where she gives the girl money.

The MC doesn't even question himself in the shower about having sex with Katy if he doesn't creampie her, which leads me to believe it's a bug, but who knows. Maybe the standards for "sex" in this world are just wild.

Uh, I don't think that's likely, Kindra is so loved (deservedly so) and Cassandra is hated so vehemently (deservedly so) he'd lose like 95% of his player base.

It's not all sunshine and rainbows, though.
The story structure is far from ideal for a sex game. Frankly, if the world/characters/plot are interesting enough to carry this on its own, the people complaining about lack of sex still have a point- most of us picked it up because it's a porno. Even if we do think the sex for just its own sake would ruin it. But again, that's because of the structure: You have 3 main LIs (?) (please don't make it 4. Vulvamort needs to be thrown out the airlock as a LI. Good villain tho.), and a house full of side-pieces. Putting aside how questionable it is to involve a sorority in the story (especially, as some pointed out, a sorority full of girls that are precisely the type of people whose roles you'd need to fill in a start-up company AND who conveniently already work together in a company that's going through a rough patch*), the fact that you have 3 girls who have history with the MC automatically decreases the LI value of the others while at the same time, their unequal value to the plot tends to play favourites when you'd ideally leave that choice to the player. Say for instance, you want DK who's relevant to the MC's past but sort of tangential to his present- Well, you're out of luck. Or say you don't want KK, who's the main driving force of the plot- Well, you're a terrible person and should k- I mean, should probably play something else. All of this can, of course, be fixed by improving the characters' relevance to the plot but it's going to be hard work.
While I agree the House of INK is very much a porn game trope, I actually think it's been a surprisingly useful addition to the game. As you say, it's the justification for why the MC will be able to put together a team eventually. But more importantly, it gives June an absolutely vital grounding element; without getting to know her sorority sisters personally, it would be much harder to accept her close-yet-rarely-available connection to the MC. It also provides an important connection to Reina that allows her to be both a fellow victim of Cassie and an ally for the MC, all while reinforcing just how methodical Cassie's vendetta is. Without the INK connection, that would be a lot harder to pull off.
I also disagree that the INK girls are automatically at a disadvantage against the the LIs more involved in the MC's life. Kindra has a very extreme personality that can rub people the wrong way. June and Doctor K are more easygoing, but they also have circumstances that will slow down their progress with the MC. So it makes sense to have some other options on hand for people who don't want those complications, and that gives the 'lesser' girls time to forge their own connections with the player. Just because they get less spotlight than the 'main' LIs doesn't mean they can't hold their own.
I do think there might be too many sisters: Zoe feels redundant between Katy and Naomi, and the new inductees are largely cyphers. And the introduction via blowjob contest was extremely heavy-handed, IMHO. But overall I think INK is a net positive for the the game, which is not what I was expecting when I first met them.
We don't really know how she works, but her power source is this experimental fluid thing. She doesn't have physical ports and connects wirelessly for uploads and such.
Given that information, it's conceivable she is too low on power for an upload and could be lost if she "bleeds out", with no way to recover her data.
She has done at least 2 body transfers after all. I doubt MC or especially KK would be as freaked out and worried if they could simply pop her hard drive back into Koko Mk 2.
At some point the nature of Koko's existence as software is going to have to be addressed. The MC already made a copy of Koko's program to transfer to Artemis for testing, so Koko clearly exists as something separate from her hardware even now. Admittedly, it's possible that might have been effectively a 'new' dog rather than having the specific personality Koko built up over 10 years. But there's nothing in the game that indicates that and none of the characters have even discussed the idea, so at the moment it's just us speculating on ways to fill an apparent plot hole.
It would have been better if the rules had been established before Koko was put in peril, but for the short term we can probably buy in on faith. Eventually, though, we're going to have to confront the problem head on and get some answers. AI is too central to the game's story to dodge the implications of it being a digital lifeform.

One important thing to remember about Kindra is she's had a crush of sorts (a mix between admiration, friendship, and to a lesser degree, romantic interest) on the MC since high school. They're very much the "childhood friends" trope.
Another, even more important thing to remember, is Super-Mom gave Kindra her seal of approval (at least passively). It's honestly surprising she didn't smack the MC upside the head when he was all "Huuurrr Durrrr Cassandra tits..." and set him straight, but I guess that goes to show just how good Cassie is at hiding her actual personality when she wants to.
First playthru. This was so OD. Def one of the top VNs; renders were amazing and definitely werent a crutch cuz the story is well written, diverse and wasnt confusing considering the type of work most of the characters do. dont usually leave comments/replies unless theres a bug or i mess something up beyond repair. but this... had to watch all the montages and let scene changes between choices play a while jus bc thats a part of VNs that arent used well very often and arent well-appreciated when they are. wont even get into the sex scenes cuz ik we all loved those. 10/10 cant wait for the next update
In the scene's dialog, Katy specifically says "you need to cum inside me, I don't want to mess up my outfit". So she's aware of the propensity of dudes to pull out, but if you didn't before, she knows you won't if she asks you later.
Truly, now, I only care about Kindra but why couldn't I bash Reina after the restaurant date debacle??? Bad sex scenes in this update of a fantastic game... Disappointed in this release...
