There is no adult content on Hatreon yet but they are free speech absolutists unless you break an actual law. Could they be an alternative?

There TOS or Community Guidelines make no reference to Adult Content so I sent an email to ask. Will post their response.

I would caution against using Hatreon. The site's founder is Cody Wilson, who is known to be an anarchist libertarian who has said that everybody should own a gun and that massacres are just the result of that freedom and should be accepted. Secondly, he openly encourages and allows extreme alt-right figures and white supremacists on his site without any conditions. Also worth noting, a large amount of the money it generates goes to support the "alt-right" platform. For those reasons, I would never support any person who uses that site.
Now think about this.. If you're a bank, would you rather invest in..
1- A "family friendly" site with a large income
OR
2- A site which promotes white supremacy, funds the alt-right movement and was founded by an anarchist??
Understand this clearly: Banks study the money and follow it. Concerning America, the majority of the disposable income is in the hands of upper middle-class Americans and most are somewhere in the middle of the political spectrum. They have families, jobs, and hobbies. Now which site would most of them choose? Of course, the family friendly site!
Now think about this.. If you're a bank, would you rather invest in..

OR
2- A site which promotes white supremacy, funds the alt-right movement and was founded by an anarchist??

All the developers using the "step" work-around labels them as frauds in the genre, who are just milking the current trend. I agree that Fukmada's solution is the same as removing the content; Just turns it into a normal dating game where the guy is living in a dorm.

Trying to choose which business deserves patronage based on what they do with their profits is an idiotic philosophy; especially when dealing with porn. Unless it affects the shopper's experience; ie Target; the best thing to do is to not dwell on it because it will drive you crazy just how much everything in the world is connected. One way or another, you're still funding some atrocity whether you know it or not. (The stupidest ones being "blood-free" diamonds and Apple products)
Well Hatreon exists because Patreon pulled their censorship shit on dissident political speech a couple of months ago. I don't see an issue if Hatreon becomes the site for all of Patreon's exiles. That would be poetic justice. Anyway no point in counting our chickens because I haven't heard back and for all we know Hatreon does not want any adult content. They are already under a lot of heat for hosting unpopular speech.
TLDR: Hatreon responded they are fine with non-illegal adult content.

That being said, the content you are asking about is not illegal and therefore we welcome it to Hatreon with open arms. Simply create an account and click "start project". Allow three business days for approval.
Let me know if you have any more questions!"
IMHO, Creators should create accounts on both Hatreon and Patreon. That way they have more security if one account gets banned.

Sadly incest games are closer to extreme sites than family friendly ones. Even tho I hate those extremistic assholes it might be the only way for some devs to keep their development. If making games is your only income, most likely you won't be able to stay idealistic.
Hatreon looks ok at this point but if they're just copying Patreon they should do the same with their layout as it's much worse than Patreon's. Erotic game needs visuals to gather attention

Will be posting more later. Theres about 13 emails out of the 43 ive recieved that are relevant. My legal team has stated it sounds like they are trying to push adult content off the site. And rather than banning it are trying to cling onto the money for aslong as possible

Also avoid hatreon. They support the alt right and neo nazis. And alot of people there are sending money to saudi arabia and pakistan. Really not a great idea to use that site

Hatreon is based in Austin, TX. So as long as content is legal in Texas, you should be fine. I did a quick perusal about Texas Obscenity laws.

and fictional and computer graphics seems to be fine. I live in Texas and have bought Hentai and have had no problem. Also Hatreon is not the "Alt-Right" Patreon. It is the EXTREME free speech Patreon. Hatreon has a lot of Alt-Right content now, because they were the first creators censored by Patreon and had to move first. If Hatreon was a Alt-Right site they wouldn't allow porn at all. Also there is a lot of Alt-Right stuff still on Patreon so I don't get the moral objection specifically to Hatreon. It is ironic that the Alt-Right and edgy adult creators might have to share a site together because of the current moral panic.
