A list can have the same issue like the tag system. Sometimes games where the MC Dreams of another character being pregnant, you see maybe 2 images of the character being pregnant and the game suddenly has a pregnancy tag.
Like I get doing this to be able to EXCLUDE something I wouldn't want to see. But when you try to find a game with a (incest) breeding plot line it really doesn't help imo.

My direct suggestion would be to (roughly) count the pregnancy sex scenes and if babies are born within the game (No visible birthing scene required).

For the beginning I'd say even marking whether preggo sex happens at all would already be and improvement imo.

Clarification: Marking does not mean excluding them from the list but making it possible to see the amount of preggo content.

Seeing as the all-incest-games-in-one-thread got deleted, I thought I'd try starting a new one, though with a small change...
UPDATE: The original thread is back, so go here for all incest games, with or without pregnancy...

Thought I'd list games I know of that feature incest and pregnancy. The tag search isn't always helpful because the Incest and Pregnancy search doesn't always mean that the mom, sis, aunt, etc. is the one who actually gets pregnant by the relative.

NO STEP-RELATIONS, unless there's a patch to make it actually related.

I'll try updating this thread over time. Feel free to post any games you know of and I'll add them to the list.
If you do, post a tag to show which relationship gets pregnant such as M/S (mother/son), B/S(brother/sister), etc.
I'll also try to figure out how to automatically sort by name for easier searching.

I'm aware of that feature but there's a lot of collections where one story has incest but no pregnancy and vice versa. I'm more asking for any specific recommendations.
