I have tried this version, you should not expect anything from this version. This version just unlocks some tips. The room is still 0.12 or even less than 0.12b. (The above statement uses Google Translate)

Edit: bypassed Baidu without giving my number or installing their shit but oh god, their download speed is stupidly slow... After that I'll give a mirror for it.
Edit2: Yep, there's not even a single new animation/enemy or room on this file, just some cheats and new skills, cards aren't necessary to open doors but you can't go anywhere beyond the old rooms from 0.12B. If someone still want it:
