Alright I started hacking this, so far I got a cheat for money :

save the game, close the game
open the file at

AKUMU-Modded\html\data\scenario\shop1.ks

after the line

Thank you very much for coming to our store today

add this line

[eval exp="f.shojikin = f.shojikin + 9999000"]

restart the game
now when you visit the shop you get lots more money

Ohhhhh i might've fucked up, i didn't realize there was scat in this until i bought a bowl
Yeeaahh should've read the tags beforehand. might have to drop this one
Very cute artstyle but the scat is what killed the game for me personally

The way this game works is: You choose your ending in the beginning by talking to the lady who shows up after your... encounter with the main female. By constantly choosing "her" over the other women she mentions, you lock in your choice of who you'll be working for throughout the month. I don't know all the stat requirements but if you just do the cheats above, you will get the ending guaranteed. Be warned, you can't switch the endings once you've chosen. However... in the %appdata subfolders somewhere is a localstorage config file that has your save info in it. Very easy to read, sort of.
