Not unless you're in a committed relationship with said sister. If a female character has sex with a male character other than the MC, that doesn't make it NTR.

Important notes
- The game auto-saves at the start of each day. Just quit to the main menu from the options if you mess up during a day to redo it from the start.
- Once you're done with a playthrough, selecting "Continue" from the main menu will bring you back to the start of day 5 in that playthrough. I don't think you can change the ending(s) you could get the first time through on that particular playthrough even if you meet requirements for other endings on repeated plays of day 5.
- Starting a new playthrough will instantly delete the current one, so do it when you need to go for another ending entirely.
- You can't have 2P sex with Suzu, Chitose and Mana. Sorry.
- During 2P h-scenes, the default position you start in corresponds to the one on the 4 key and always has three different animation cycles. The positions on the 5 and 6 keys only have one cycle each, but sometimes the 5 key has itself two positions if you press it again.
- During 2P h-scenes with penetration, after you cum with the 0 key, you can pull out with the 4 key, restart in the default position without pulling out with the 6 key and restart in a new post-cumming position without pulling out with the 0 key.

Mechanics: Elena
- These scenes are divided in three parts each. You'll be asked a question by one of the girls and you can choose from three answers (green, yellow, red). If you choose the correct answer, you'll move to the next animation of the h-scene.
- You get Elena points based on how many correct answers you give. You get 0 points by outright refusing a session and 6 for all three correct answers. You get an intermediate amount for in-between correct answers, but I didn't care to count those for the purpose of this guide.
- The amount of correct answers also determines how many gangbang h-scenes Saya has to go through on that day. If you refuse the 5P session or get no correct answers, Saya must undergo 3 h-scenes, while one or two correct answers means she has to undergo 1. If you choose all three answers correctly, Saya won't get gangbanged that day and you'll skip directly to the Saya interaction screen (except on day 0 where the gangbang happens regardlessly).
- To refuse a 5P session, press the button on the lower right corner in the h-scene selection screen. It's locked on day 0, but you can still be awarded 0 Elena points by starting the first scene and immediately quitting.
- Elena can randomly (as far as I can tell) be in any of three moods at the start of each 5P session. You can tell which mood she's in depending on what she says in the h-scene selection screen: happy (starts with a giggle), neutral ("Sa, hajimemasho") or angry ("Osokatta ja nai!"). Her facial expression also reflects her mood.
- Correct answers (same for every 5P h-scene): happy (red, red, yellow), neutral (yellow, green, green), angry (green, green, green).
Mechanics: Gangbang
- For how many gangbang h-scenes Saya has to go through each day, see (Mechanics: Elena).
- The buttons to the left of the costume button let you partake in the gangbang and not partake respectively. For how this influences things, see (Mechanics: Saya).
- The button on the lower right corner lets you refuse to watch the gangbang and skip to the Saya interaction screen. If you do this, it'll count as you not partaking in the gangbang and Saya's H counter will react accordingly.
Mechanics: Saya (stamina, heart/slut gauge)
- On day 0, you get a choice after the gangbang. The first option will give Saya a heart-shaped gauge on the top left corner of the Saya interaction screen. The second option will give her a gauge I'll call the slut gauge.
- The first, fourth, sixth, seventh and ninth 2P h-scenes are with penetration, the second, third, fifth and eighth are without penetration.
- Saya has a stamina counter and an H counter. The stamina begins at 100 points every day and depletes like this:
* -20 points for each gangbang h-scene she went through beforehand.
* -1 point maximum for each foreplay activity. You can interrupt it early to lose less than a full point.
* -5 points for each time you make her cum in foreplay.
* -15 points for each 2P h-scene without penetration.
* -20 points for each 2P h-scene with penetration.
- Once Saya's stamina reaches 0, you can't interact with her anymore for the day.
- The H counter starts at 10 and can't be affected on day 0. Starting from day 1, it can be raised in different ways and amounts depending on whether she has the heart gauge or the slut gauge. If she has the heart gauge, the H counter will go up by:

It makes no difference, you were spot on about the "committed relationship" part. In order to be NTR, a lover must be stolen from someone and the MC can't be the one stealing.
