For a few years of my life I worked in a Children's Home for abused children. Believe me when I say this can happen and that you really don't want to know the details of why or how. I ultimately had to quit for my own mental health. Thats how fucked up it got. We had one girl that literally could not be in a room with adult men without an adult woman as well. She was fucking 9.

NPCs auto talk makes some area where they're bunched up a real hassle. Hopefully it's just a glitch they intend to fix because if it's intentional they've failed game design forever lol.
