To be honest, I have no idea what NTR stands for. I included it because it seems to be a Japanese manga term for cheating, and it's being used as a genre here.

My game's design and character models will be completely western. Although there will be some Asian characters, the game will be primarily in the western style. I'll let others decide what genres the game has. NTR is associated with cheating, but that seems to be wrong. I honestly have no idea what it means.

Well, NTR (Netorare) IS a japanese term, but is also commonly used in western porn games and comics.
Broadly speaking, it is different from mere cheating.

I can't chose any possible answer in the poll because for me it really depends on the characters and/or situation. Even NTR can either turn me on or just disgust me.
