How the hell do i make carolyn appear i can find her but when i click the link it says to talk to her in the office but she isn't in the office

Pretty sure you have to have sex with Brandi in the breakroom until you get caught and reported to HR. Also, you should interact with your wife while she is in the laundry, she talks to someone on the phone that will become relevant.
Once you have the option to interact with Carolyn at the office, talk to her every day. I think you pretty much have to choose the most lewd dialog options with her.

And now on Sunday I have The apparement link for plumber quest in Downtown. But it seems wrong as I haven't started her quest at all...

You need to advance Brandi story.
At some point you will be able fuck here near a fridge. Repeat this until you get caught by someone.

I need to know how to advance Carolynn's story. In the hints, it tells me every other character content has reached the end for this update, but Carolynn and Kaily.
I fucked Carolynn dozens of time during the weekend, tried going to every possible location at every possible time, it just does not advance. What value do we need to modify so we can advance before next update?

Also Brandi blackmail scene is softlocked.

It seems you can't with previous saves.
I tried too. And looking with the code to understand how you can, I discover my saves miss some of the new variables. So the new events never show up (like $harem or kaiTrain1, and maybe other I don't found yet).

if you did a soft start you begin my making money and and doing research, talk to girls until you get a point it says you dont have enough control or items to progress, the pills become an option at the right time so just grind trough it until you get stuck on carolynn like i am

As far as I know, only way I've been able to get passed that is to edit the file from:

to
<<elseif $lynnKnow > 3>>

cause like most of you, I did the outside the office fuck twice and each time it increased that stat so that it was no longer == 3
