Those games have a very heavy focus on the guy stealing the wife/girlfriend, while barely seeming to care about the woman's role in it. Honestly the main issue is...
Let us suppose NTR is not about the male being emasculated.
What you have is a girl, an 'vague' person who never appears ever and whoever she is sleeping with and getting corrupted.

Problem? Then you have a male character, you elaborate on them, make him suffer, and for some reason NTR cannot assume that MC is still the love of FMC who can be STOLEN from her...or even the Antag getting stolen, hell, maybe even someone else stealing FMC from Antag and MC, or someone stealing Antag/MC away from FMC...

That assumption is never made even when the work has 'character perspectives'.

That all for me implies that those tales are not really about corruption (which you can do just fine without NTR) but about the suffering of MC who loses his 'lover' (of course, such tales will never assume that MC can be stolen, even if they will concentrate on FMCs and the 'bulls'), which is honestly odd for me. Like, sure, MC must suffer, but I prefer when all the characters suffer and comes out losing as well.
