This is a full version. If you're talking about an uncensored version, though, that typically drops a week or two after the initial censored version is posted. So just wait for a bit and keep an eye on the thread to see when Pixie posts it.

Yes. This game is never worth playing when an update first drops, and not really worth trying to remember to DL it in a few weeks when it finally gets the shit removed.
